Offered a Facit TK mechanical calculator. This company was founded in 1918, just after WW-I. The calculators at that time still looked very much like the original Odhner machines. From 1924 Atvidaberg Industries started producing the Facit calculators. This model was one of the later top models (formerly T) Facit kept up with the industry and also produced many electric models until 1977 when it became part of Electrolux. The first electric models were manufactured in Japan around 1966 by Sharp.
This model still works perfectly. Sometimes I come across them but then they don't work or they are too rusty. This one is still very neat and well preserved. It is also interesting for decoration because of its robustness.
Now that we work more from home and sometimes we set up a separate room for it, it is also time to create a nice room there. What do you need now? That depends on what you like. Mister Green Originals loves authentic original items that fit perfectly as decoration in the study of the future with a nod to the robust past. After all, the timelessness of these items remind us of the history that has shaped us into the people we are today. Embrace this nostalgia and enjoy the atmosphere of your authentic study or home workplace. Certainly suitable as home decoration and beautiful reuse of old items.
